Tip # 11
Donate your old towels to a local animal shelter & give a furry friend a soft place to rest.


Can you think of any other uses for your old towels?  Let me know and I'll add them to the post.
  • ~Rasz~ said... usually use mine for rags, but to help the animals is so much better than an old bag of rags.

What a great idea. I am going to call our local animal shelter. I usually use mine for rags, but to help the animals is so much better than an old bag of rags. Great post!

I uses them for rags...and wash them and use them again...but sending them to an animal shelter,clean of course, IS a much better use!
How could you turn down that sweet little face?

I use my old towels for my dog. It is much easier to lay one down for her to sleep on and then just pick it up and lay another one down in it's place as I wash the old one.
Our Humane Branch welcomes towels as well.
