Yummy Christmas Recipe ~Christmas Magic Cookie Bars ~

This is a variation of an old standby.  Very easy to make and extremely delicious to eat!! The photo below is not an exact representation, but pretty close.  I haven't as yet made mine for this year, need to wait until the last minute so there are still some left for Christmas!! When I make mine I'll take a picture and update the photo.

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
• 1 cup cups flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped nuts (your favourite, I usually use pecans or walnuts)

• Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for glass dish)
• Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
• Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.  Press into bottom of prepared pan.
• Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, coconut, cranberries and nuts. Press down firmly with a fork. (I use my clean hands, I find this works better)
• Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars or squares. Store covered at room temperature.  (They freeze well, and by the way they're very tasty when eaten frozen!!)
