~ CLOSED ~ "Full Plate no fork" by Darla Arni ~ Review and Giveaway ~

I know this is going to sound strange, but, as soon as I opened the package, I sensed I was going to love this little book.

It was presented in such a perfect way. The book, which was signed with these words, "Monica, We are who we believe we are, Choose to Believe the Best", was contained in a clear envelope with a lovely handwritten note and it was all securely closed with a lovely silver seal.

My instincts were right on.  From the Introduction, where the author explains the origin of the book’s title, to 5 Ways to Cope with a Bad Day (my personal favourite) right on through The Art of Being Still to the very timely, Holiday Havoc. Full Pate no fork , gives you the tools you need to create a productive and fulfilling life.

Darla Arni is a nationwide speaker, author, artist and attitude expert.  She helps others navigate through life by imparting awareness and hope with a healthy dose of life skills.  This book offers words of wisdom that ring very true.  Be it relationships, work, family, or life in general; Darla Arni, helps you maneuver it all.
