Tip # 17
Think before you print!!
Think before you print your emails and attachments, we can save trees by only printing out necessary documents. If you do print, whenever possible, recycle the paper!!
Great reminder! This is one of the reasons we have a lock on the computer so the kids don't print out multiple drawing sheets or games. If they do I make them draw on the back!
You know what I also do, and this sounds totally cheap and extreme, but I save the packaging that flour comes in. It's all white, and I just dust if off once I use up the flour. Then I use it as little scrap pieces of paper to use for making grocery lists, to do lists, etc.

We can so easily use up not only the paper, but the expensive ink, in printing routine things. A good reminder.
ReplyDeleteI definitely think before I print!
