I drink my coffee black and I cannot count how many times I've burned my mouth on hot coffee.  It usually happens something like this:


(Scene I)  It's early morning, travel mug in hand,  I get into the car and head off to my local drive thru for some much needed caffeine. 
(Scene II) I have my coffee all ready to go and nestled in the cup holder,  I'm heading out for some "retail therapy",  I'm a happy camper!

The Brugo mug is designed to be spill proof. However,  I'll caution you, that as instructed, be sure you drain the cooling chamber of any liquid before you lock the mug closed or the liquid in that chamber will leak.  Also, like most travel mugs the Brugo mug is not dishwasher safe. 


With my Brugo mug in hand I can now enjoy my coffee without the worry of burning my mouth or worse!!  All I need to do is just tip the Brugo mug away from me so some coffee will go into the "temperature control chamber" and sip. 
Awhhh...there's nothing like that first sip of coffee!
