~ CLOSED ~ Alegria Shoes Fall 2011 Collection - Review and Giveaway


I was very fortunate to have been asked by the very kind people at Alegria by PG Lite Canada to review a pair of shoes from their Fall 2011 collection.   They allowed me to look through their collection and pick the pair I would like to review.  Well I have to tell you, that was no easy task. 

They have an extensive collection that includes 5 new styles of comfortable shoes for this Fall. Dayna the new professional Mary Jane, Abbi the Oxford style comfort shoe, Caiti the ankle boots, Fria the Alegria Pac-Boots and  Vale the shearling lined boots.  
What they all have in common is the brand's signature rocker bottom outsole and wide array of fun collectible colours and patterns which make people feel "happy from the outside in".
The pair I was lucky enough to review is the Alegria Classic Black Napa clog...
 ...isn't it amazing!!  When my shoes arrived, I opened the box (they even smell good!!) and immediately tried them on....I have just one word, heaven!!!  I don't usually wear shoes in the house, but, I can't take them off, they are so comfortable!!  I only wish I had these incredible shoes when I was doing a 12 hour shift in the OR, ohhhh... how my feet and back would have thanked me!!

    Wow! Comfy AND beautiful. So many gorgeous colors and styles to choose from. Had a very hard time deciding b/w the Paloma Western Romance and the Classic African Leopard, but if I HAD to choose, would go with the Paloma. My feet will be grateful at the end of a 12 hour shift!!

    As a hairdresser and someone on my feet ALL day, I have been looking for these shoes EXACTLY...comfy shoes with style. But nothing out there existed. I wished I had become a shoe designer JUST so I could have made my own shoes ad this company has put my own ideas to work, FINALLY, I know i can live in comfy stylish shoes every day.!!! I also just sent the web page to 30 friends of mine who I ALSO know will get as excited as I was to see this line. So Much so I am going to have to blog about them as I NEVER seen such a great product. Oh my back is going to thank you...No more Naproxens for me ( anti inflammatory pills very hard on the stomach) ;-)
